I replaced my Stock SVT Flywheel and Differential with a Findanza Aluminum Flywheel and Quaife Differential.

I weighed both of them before and after on a high quality digital postage scale.

Here are the differences in weight:

Stock SVT Flywheel: 23.8lbs
Fidanza Flywheel: 12.1lbs

Stock SVT differential: 10.2lbs
Quaife differential: 13.8lbs.

As you can see for the weight measurements above I saved some weight with the Fidanza flywheel (11.7lbs) but I gained some weight with the Quiafe Diff (3.6lbs) my net weight savings is 8.1lbs.

What I gained in faster revs/accelleration and better handling with these two mods are worth the price I paid.

Which clutch are you running?

I am looking into the Quaife and Fidanza setup too, just trying to see which clutch to go with.

i weighted my stock flywheel, and weighted my lightweight flywheel and new clutch and the new set-up weighted almost exactly the same as my old flywheel by itself. i didnt weigh the differential because it doesnt make much of a difference in rotational weight.
