on my way to pick up my girl from her job I make a turn onto a 2 lane road and I'm in the right lane. There is a large van in the left lane, he decided he wanted to make the right turn that was comming up and merged into the lane right into the side of my car. I don't think he even felt that he hit me cause he kept right on merging and pushing me into the curb. Ugh, luckily he was insured and the cops cited him for being at fault for the accident. Lets see how insurance goes now! Here are some pics...

Ouch, that looks ugly, this is the reason I keep my hand on the horn when I'm in somebodies blind spot...especially big vans!

I do that same thing SVTmonkey except i do it when I pass semi trucks. I drive on Interstate-70 more than any other road, so I've had my fair share of semi trucks trying to get over in my lane while im passing them. I keep my eye on their blinkers to make sure they aren't gunna run me off the road.

That's going to be really expensive. The rear quarter is retarded expensive to repair. At least the rear quarter glass didn't break, that's $430 with labor. how do I know? Detroit + kids + pellet gun = Ben's broken window.

from the damage, you got some dents and broken light at the front, looks like you could've noticed the van slipping in your lane in front and put on some brakes.

this is the problem with american drivers, they think they always have "right of way" and don't pay attention to whats in front of you.

in some other countries you definitely would be at fault.
