I was cleaning my car on sat and realized that my drivers side front wheel is scratched up. I have 18inch kazera kz-a's they are black w a chrome lip. On the black part in the middle of the wheels their are 2 nice scratches. I went their today and the service manager comes and looks at it and says, Oh your front lip is scratched that how you scratched the wheel. I didn't really know what to say because the guy was being an idiot. The wheels do not have any marks on the lip or anything(so that would dismiss hitting a curb) and hes telling me I hit something, which I think I would feel. I know for a fact the wheel was not like this when I brought it in to have my inner/outer tir rods replaced. Im real pissed and it looks like their is nothing to do.

here is the story of what i would do...first i would get hella mad[?|] then i would drive over there[driving] i would tell them whats up[thumbd] then i would start the ass kickin.....[slap] [hatchet] [boxface] [chair] [nutkick] [spank] [bash] then i would drive home[driving] and take a nap!!![sleeping]

I was very close to punching the guy in the face so I left. Also about a month ago I was cleaning my car and I notice the interior trim piece where the seat belt goes into is missing half of it. They said they didnt know what happened but still ordered it for me and now a month later I still have no part.

I know the dealership where i got my car was shaddy when i had them fix my reverse lights like 2 days after i got my car....i decided to go to a closer, better dealership for all parts/service.

This dealership knows me very well, and we are usually on very good terms. But not anymore.

another reason ford is going down the tubes!!!!

call your area Ford rep, and cop a fit on em, they should come down and represent you on that...that's what they are there for......
