: Focus-Central won't return my e-mails

On Sunday I ordered the FR plug wires and since then they have not contacted me via e-mail to tell me the status of my purchase. I have e-mailed them twice and they have not responded and I even called them today. However, I called like 9 minutes late because they say not to call past 5pm. This sucks though, I guess I'll just have to call them tomorrow and see what the problem is. They better have a good explanation or I won't order from them again.

many sites aren't always on top with the e-mails...some of the workers dun even know the passwords and such...or how to check it, why didn't you just call on monday?

I didn't call Monday because I figured they would get to it the next day which was Monday and then they would send me an e-mail or something to let me know that they are shipping it. I didn't call Tuesday because I just didn't have the time. And I called too late today because I didn't wake up until 5pm after sleeping since 2.

just be patient man. i ordered from them and it took about 3 days to get my stuff. not all web sites keep up with the mail tracking. u'll probably get your stuff tomorrow.

n btw CALL NEXT TIME i ordered from mcnews site n got an email back a week later sayin the part not in stock..but i cancelled..n ordered a borla from modern performance ..i called them..to make sure its in stock..got it a week later

Yeah, I guess I'll call next time. I just have to make sure I'm home during business hours. I ordered those plug wires at like 8pm so they weren't open.

Focus Central is not very responsive to emails, definetely call during business hours. They get about 100+ emails a day. :)

Ya, I tried the email method and found that calling them during business hours was the best to find out the status on an order. I only had to call once and I got the status of my order.

Which is why I order my parts from Ray at myfordperformance.com [;)] [;)] Timely delivery and GREAT customer service. I know sounds like blatant ass-kissing, but the part about great service and timely delivery is true.

I had dave at FC e-mail me right back after every e-mail I sent them. I didn't have any problems with them. Infact I think Dave was great to deal with I even talk to him on the phone at one point.
