I just got back from the dealership. I saw a grey ZX5 on the lot with the street appearance package 1. It had the rear wing on the top of the rear hatch, the lower bumper facia, and the front air dam treatment. What I noticed was the change in the front corner turn signal. It's going vertically and is longer up and down. The front grill is all black now with the same grid treatment at the bottom air scoop below the bumper. The fog lamps are also different than the one that comes on the SE, SES package. Looks kind of cool. Definitely makes the car look more aggressive. I wasn't too crazy about the rear wing. And who ever optioned out this car was an idiot. It had all that but only came with the 15" steel wheels. You'd think they would have optioned it with the SES package.

i havent seen a SAP on the hatch yet. maybe i should go check out my local dealers to get a look at one.

the grill is a larger mesh pattern than the regular grill. But it does look good....costs too much though.

i think that "turn signal" is just a reflector....I think..... I was lookin at it for the rear diffuser.....may do the mod....

car was silver,and an Auto....wanted $17,900 for it !!!!! I paid $17,200 for my SVTF....c'mon, that is stupid high....werent they just offering new Foci for some special price of $12,000 ???

Yea i just bought my 2006 Focus Zx3 SE for 13000 :) it'll b 2 weeks old this wednesday.

Is it just me, or do all the black plastic grills on the new cars look cheap in a bad way?

The signal is behind the reflector. The bulb is in the same place as the non-SAP Foci have it, but the reflector has been tweaked. It lights up a small section at the top of the reflector, the rest is just there for show. I've seen an SVT with the SAP diffuser, and it looks great. Go for it man.

that's a beautiful looking ST reed, get some lightweight 17 or 18 inch wheels for the summer months and it will really polish off the finish.

Very nice reed... I see you opted out of the SAP spoiler, I think the normal one looks quite clean with the other upgraded pieces.

I'm still trying to understand how the spoiler goes on an SAP hatch?

I seen an SAP spoiler on a ZX3 at the dealership. I'll take some pics soon, post em up for you guys. It's not like a biplane wing spoiler, Just sort of an extension of the roof, but angled up, and has little extensions on the side. It's actually a very nice spoiler for a hatch.

^^ i've wanted to see what that looks like. and of course there's no pics on ford's website. . . .
