hey tom, I just got a focus sport flywheel, lsd, and a CM stage IV. After talking to some people they are telling me that i shouldn’t use the FW. I’m going to start to build up my internals in a week or so and I’m running your full kit. Should I go with the FW or keep it stock

Why not use the flywheel???
I use the Fidanza 12# flywheel myself.
Finalley also has one in his 340whp SVT.

i dont see the point in them? you rev faster at idle but does it really enhance performance/stronger than the stock flywheel?

It takes around 45hp to turn the stock flywheel from an idle, the Fidanza takes somewhere between 10-15hp to turn it. So your not making more power but your freeing up power to be used in other ways.
At least this is the way I was told about it.
