ok so i have searched and searched and here is what i have came up with i am going to run around with 10 psi and i will have a turbo xs dual boost controler and the next setting will be 15 psi will be running 94 octane ( shell up the street has 94 octane) i am getting the car tuned at a local dyno it consists of tunning chip and one hour of dyno for 475 bux

heres the set up

turbo- garett t3/t4 hybrid turbo

manifold- toms

downpipe-toms

waste gate- tial 38mm w/ 16 psi spring

bov- tial 50mm

injectors- 42#

intercooler- precision and custom pipeing

oil lines/ return lines/ bung ect- jgs precision

maf- pro-m

air filter- aem

gaskets

4 ply silicone hoses

t-bolt clamps

all flanges and gaskets

turbo xs dual stage boost controller

tunning/chip/ dyno

im shooting for about 230 to the wheels if not more/ what do you think my power will be with 10psi and then 15 psi?

with the t3/t4, the power to the wheels will be around the 230hp (10psi) /280(15psi) mark depending on what other mods you have done. If you've only got the basics, anywhere from 200-220whp is probable, if not more depending on the tune and what other parts you have.

Also if you're looking to boost that much (10-15psi), I'd highly suggest new internals as well.

agreed with that kind of power you will most likely need stronger internals

no tom ran around 15 psi 93 octane w/ stock internals, you can be 10 psi and be safe the 15 is just if i want to sho sum one up

with good tuning 10 is very safe to drive daily w/o replacing the internals 03oarngesvt is running 19 on stock internals it all depends on how good your internals are

No it all depends on the tuning and the tuner

03orangesvt also has a SVT. SVT's come with forged internals where as the zx3 doesn't.

MAF WIse you could use a Mustang one for a fraction of the price.

y do you have a high wastegate spring? you really dont want it that high? just get a boost controller. i'm just askin b\c my friend has that one on his sp71(t76) turbo.

just alot of cars by me have very low springs.
