I was just wondering how much power I would have with the jrsc bbk. I have the Bosal catback, AEM short ram cai and i'm about to order the Obx headers. The dyno chart on Jacksonracing shows a stock motor at 175HP with the supercharger, any idea what i'd have? Any way to break 200HP? Also would I be able to keep the cai or would it have to go. And another thing[?|] is any dyno tuning needed or is that what the reflash does?

You wont get 200 I dont think and little to no TQ even with your boltons , The BBK comes with tuning so no more should be needed

What mods, if any can be done to break the 200hp mark. UDP's, cam gears, cams, throttle body etc.? also, is the jrsc bbk a generally "safe" mod or does it screw with daily driving?

Ported head, some one in the UK had the FRSC and the ported head gave an extra 15BHP.

But with porting the head you lower the boost , then you will need a smaller pulley again to make the boost back and see the full potential , and more tuning
Keep in mind the BBK`s tuning is ment for close to stock , the more boltons you do the more the tuning will be off

tekin hit the 200 bhp on 5lbs (dont mark me). but he had aot of work and uning done.

so the bbk is better with less mods, in respect to the tuning that comes with it?
