Has anyone installed a Powerworks S/C kit on their Zetec engine? Just wondering if it is really something that can be done over a weekend by two mechanically inclined people with the right tools. I know they say it can be done on their website, but I am wondering if anyone here has seen or heard of it being done.
Also, does anyone have any idea what the cost of typical install from a shop should be? Thanks!

I installed mine by myself, with the car on jack stands, and with an hours help from a friend when it came time to drop the blower in place. Overall I'd say I had 15-18 hours of work into it. It's a bit hard for me to say. I only had about 2 hours a day where I could work on it, and then only a few days a week. My car was down for 2 weeks.
With another decent wrench helping I'm sure it could have been completed it in two 8 hours days.
It's not that hard of an install if you have some experience turning a wrench.

it should take you about 14-18hours depending on the tools you have.
impact tools speed up the install a lot as do specialty tools like ratcheting wrenchs, universal wobble sockets.
i've installed 2 now and there are a few tricks to doing it faster.
pulling the passenger drive shaft makes working on the bottom half of the blower a lot easier.
if you are good with a wrench and do all the work on your car anyways, you should not have a problem.
there are some tight spots were small arms and hands will fit but bigger hands and arms wont...
