I was looking at these injectors and I saw that they are a "direct replacement of stock focus injectors." I am builing a turbo kit and so I'll have to upgrade the stock ones but I've no idea if that means I can use the stock maf or not or if I'll have to retune it... Any help?

I don't believe you'll be able to use the stock MAF. I think you'll need a new one, plus a tune.
Moved to ”Forced Induction Chat”...
Check around there. I believe your MAF question has been talked about a few times. [;)]

I'm in the Monroe/Bellevue area...
Btw, on the focal jet thread you said that the SVT maf in its stock set up will be good for a moderate FI application. I was planning to make around 8 psi with my turbo kit, do you think that the maf will be fine?

Really can't say. PSI doesn't correlate to airflow.
Also it depends if you manipulate the max MAF counts the ECU will recognize, and if the MAF is located within the tubing system in an area that allows it to run at or at least very close to its OEM transfer function. If you must correct for airflow that is not evenly distributed within the MAF housing, it may not be adequate at all.
That said, it may be just fine.

Dont start thinking of cutting corners now , Get a MAF that will have the same range as the injectors you are getting and this gives you room to grow as well as safety
