The boys from scandalous racing in chicago decided to head south for the weekend and rented out the track for a "street racing" event, start lites and win lites, but no times. You could only get your half of the timeslip. Pretty cool event, lots of big money challenges goin down. We had a few umm... surprises for em. :P namely a low 11 focus. Enjoy

Soon. We are trying to round up the other runs from the event including the 5 and 10 car races vs. the CTS-V. The vid you saw with just the Focus is well over a second slower than what is normally running. We were just trolling for some money races...

Yes, it was the LS6. He will be spraying within the next few weeks.

Here are two of the vids... This was a "Street Racing" style event. You could spot cars, give someone "The Hit" which means let them take off first, bet on races for money etc. The first vid is me giving him 5 cars and the hit. If you listen to the announcer he explains it. The second vid is me giving him 10 cars (that's right, 10 car lengths) and the hit.

For those who are not familiar, I am racing a Cadillac CTS-V which has the new Corvette LS6 engine in it. It is not as fast as a Vette but they aren't dogs either.

Supposedly they (GM) are putting the LS7 in later model CTS vs. Then it will C5 Z06 fast! Right now the V is maybe a hair slower than a C5 LS1.
