I just thought I'd drop this out there. Way back when Jerry from SCT was with FordChip, I had my car dyno tuned/flashed by him. One of the things that was done wass setting the radiator fans to kick on earlier to keep the engine cooler. Although the sound of the fans running most of the time was at first annoying, I got used to it, but wondered how long they would last, since they'd be running alot more.

Well, they lasted for 60k miles. Now I can't say for sure if it was the extra running time due to the flash, but what else could it be? Anyway, my ESP deductible was only $50, so I got off cheap. Just some food for thought.
