Has anyone had clutch/transmission (manual) with a 2005 Focus ZX3 with only 200 miles on it? After the first 100 miles, the clutch and transmission had to be replaced. Now, after another 100 miles (200 total), the transmission has to be removed again because they can't get the air out of the clutch lines (???). The dealer is saying this was abuse. I'm saying, it's a little coincidental that after every 100 miles, the same thing happens.

And about the air in the line tell them its due to the stupididy of the idiots who worked on it. No one can destroy a clutch/tranny in that short of time unless they are unaware of how to drive a manuel and are completly retarded.

I had my son drive the salesman around the first time it was fixed, and (keep in mind he is a salesman), said that my son drove a manual just fine. On a brighter note, I just received a call from the dealer asking what my color preference is. I'm hoping tomorrow they get me a new one since it is headed toward Lemon Law arbritation. They have already had it for 11 days.
Good luck tommorrow dollard. It sounds like the Dealer is willing to work with you to get a new car.
You definitely got a lemmon, there is no way that someone can ruin a clutch/transmission on a car that only has 200 miles on it.
