Alright so how fanatic are you really about your focus.

Lets go through the answers

7- I am the foci FREAK I am constantly thinking about my car and what to do next, almost all my pay and time goes into the focus.

6- I love my focus to almost a sickly amount, I spend a good portion of my time and money on the focus.

5- I like the focus to the point where I think about doing something new to it everyday, and I usually end up doing it, but I don't spend a huge amount of money on it.

4- The focus is a nice car, fun to drive, and fun to mod, I usually end up doing a mod a week or every couple of weeks, but still have time to do other things.

3- I'm happy with the focus, probably won't be doing much to it, but its fun to drive daily and I don't spend very much money on it unless I really really want something

2- I hardly spend money on the focus or put much time, if I make a mod its usually every couple of months or years, I like it the way it is stock pretty much.

1- The focus is just a car, its my daily driver, I don't like to spend any extra money on it if I don't have to, I like the car the way it is and I don't do any mods.


SO what are you guys?

I'm probably at level 3 right now....due to the wife and daughter. I would like to be around 4-5 but...The wife and daughter take priority.

I think im a "tweener" -- I have kids so I'll say I'm between a 3 and a 4 on a good month a 4

In my mind a 7 but due to wife and kids more like a 3 and a half. My wife thinks I'm a 10 though.

there should of been one for i love my focus, but im poor so i cant mod it as much as id like too[:(]

4.....Im such a fanatic spent cigg money on touch up paint...yeah its true!

I'd call myself a 3... I wish I could afford to do a mod a week like a 4!

Honestly though I hardly ever drive the Focus, I'm so used to driving the daily driver Mazda pickup that driving the Focus feels a little weird and takes getting used to.

I'm always thinking of what I would do and what I have done so far but it always comes back to how much money you have.

I'm a 7 and I don't even have a focus anymore......I think of what I would mod if (hopefully) I get another one again. Hows that for crazy! I am actually thinking about buying an eaton for a focus I dont even have yet! [:)~]

Honestly a 7 since that's all I've been thinking about since I got mine. But instead of doing things weekly on mine, I've opted to do a major overhaul near the end of summer to it. I'm telling ya those parts for the V8 conversion get mighty expensive.[:D]

I go with a 3. I am thinking about getting some performance mods and wheels. But still overall its a fun car to drive and I am really happy I purchased it.

When I went car shopping the Ford dealer had a used Mustang at the same price and I would have taken that over the Focus due to how much I really wasn't impressed with them. But my pocket book, the fact that when I had the down payment the stang was gone, and all my car shopping landed me in a Focus and I am very happy with it.

I am so a #7, ask anyone, specially my husband, all that is on my mind is Focus, Focus, Focus, my Candy, Focus, and then some of the real world, but back to Focus again. When I need to calm down or relax I look at Focus's or work on her. (Candy is my cars name)
I kiss her too and well, um, I love Focus's.

I voted #6. I have spent a good portion of my money and time on my car.

But right now I'm a 3. Gotta spend money on teh house now[:D]

I'm a 3 about my Focus. You could call me not to fanatical concerning this site... according to my join date and how many posts I have.

i am a 3, i have other toys to play with, and only so much to spend.

I went with a 2. I love my focus, but it's too slow. I've been out trying to find a car that can outhandle it, and have only found one that does so, and that I like. A lexus IS 300, teh drool......

i voted 6 because i have always loved cars and now i finally have my own. it would be the same if i had a different car, but the foci is cool

7 for me,

I spend most of my time upgrading, tinkering, washing, or searching for parts for my car and I have a strategic plan for all parts and the order I buy them in.

I gave myself a 5.... I do love my focus.. .but having a 4 year old he takes priority.. but i try to do as much as i can... I am a fanatic when it comes to washing my car tho.. i swear i wash it every other day !!... lol

I'm a 7. I choose parts over food and at this moment I'm trying to figure out how to convince the wife that I need the full eibach sportline system plus.

I am the same way I have not gone shopping for new cloths in 2 years b/c $60 for a pair of jeans and a shirt is to much if I were to go and buy a new wordrobe I could be 3/4 of the way to a body kit. [hihi]

I would have to say Im a 5 for the time being. But with in about a year, once i get my raises from work and pay some crap off, i will be pouring money into my ride. i will be a straight out 7 at that point ! I gotta admit, i love this car. ive had a few cars in my day, from a '54 chevy, 76' vega, 84 ram, 94 toyota 4x4, and a 94 chevy ext. cab droped and moded, to the best one ive owned so far, the ZX3. My gurl just couldnt understand my love for it, so she had to go ! Why cant i find a tuner chick like the ones one here ??? lol

Hard to gauge from 1-3, as mine is basically stock, but I love that car so much. Especially when I have my fun in the dirt.

how about an 8? I love my car Although I hate it as well, Always point out foci on the road, screem join focus fanatics.com out my window or when I'm walking down the street. Write notes and put em on ppls cars that look modded to join ff.....etc. etc. etc. I'm a freak....my friends always make fun of me :D It's the first and last thing I always talk about.....hmmm kinda weird?

haha I don't kiss my car all the time but once I have....I also wash it all the time but who doesn't wash their car once a week at least and wax once a month to once every 2 months....comeon EVERYONE does [rolleyes]

But I wash her an awful lot. Money is what really controls how I am able to mod my focus.

I paid it off at the beginning of summer and do some stuff to it to make it mine but I am saving up for a house.

^^ i know!! i would mod my car (if i had the money and time to do so) i put myself at a 5 thinking that i would be this if i had money and stuff...........

totally a 7 Between gettin sh!t fixed and buying mods, this car has become my own personal money pit.

I log on here when I get to work and check the boards about every 5min. so I would say about 8hours.[:D]

I have a very slow job, I am a front desk clerk at a hotel.[thumbd]
