I have had my intake on my car for several weeks now and sometimes when I back up or if I let of the gas ou can hear my intake beating the crap out of my battery bracket. I have tightned the crap out of the clamps but it doesn't help. Does anyone have any tips or ideas?
Thanks

You can rotate the SRI a little to reduce the hitting from the motor moving around. I also took asmall pice of hose and split it long ways and ran it down the leading edge of the bracket and I have no rattling/clunking sounds any more[thumb]

I have a piece of 1" foam I have stuffed in there. Took care of the problems!

I don't know if the rear motor mount upgrade would take care of the problem.

I also took some Foam and jammed it in there. Works like a charm

Rubber hose sliced down the middle on the lip of the battery bracket worked for me. cant even see it.

I have the vf engine mount and it doesn't help at all with the steeda sri. To fix the rattle i rotated the sri as much as possible and then put some foam tape on the bracket along with some crafty zip tie work.
