Ok I dont think is it just my car, but it seems like it takes 10 seconds of engine cranking and then a bog down before my engine fires up. I feel like a hobo if someone is walking by as im starting my car. Any TSB's or something or can i run an extra wire to my starter or what?? Everytime im afraid my batter is dead or something, has anyone done anything about this?

bring it in to the dealership, supposedly there is a new tune from them, something that is better than YRF0, or ZED0, if you don't want to go that route, then get a flash from Wayne (hypnotic Illusions) it'll pretty much gurantee a fix for the long hard cranks.

Is that a true, verified fact now? I knew for awhile it was to "be released soon"... So is the new factory tune out now?

Mine used to take a couple cranks to start but after I installed my ground wire kit the thing fires up within 2. Do you happen to have the SD wire and coil pack? I heard that people are over reaching with the .65 gap causing problems like this.

nope, and i acutally made my own ground wire kit...i dont really belive in it though...im just running a ground from batter, ground from engine, and a positve to alt.

you should be running wires from the negitive to the places nearest the sensors. Like ground to chassis, fuel rail to ground, exhaust manifold to ground, etc. Hmm strange prob you're having maybe it is your starter or battery.

well now i know i am not the only 04 having this problem. mine does the same thing, but i hope to soon have wayne's tune and HAI intake to fix this.
