I own a 5 door SVTF. I was gonna buy an HKS exhaust catback off of another Focusfannatic user, who owns a 3 door SVTF. I wanted to know if I will experience any problems while trying to install the exhaust due to the fact that my 5 door may be a bit longer than his 3?

No, You shouldn't. Anyways if it is the one from Ried that exhaust was sold to me. Sorry. but if not you should NOT have any probs installing.

nah you shouldnt have any trouble installing it
why install an hks when you can have a borla for the same price...?
IMO with the HKS you will only buy a "cool" brand name...

Ok, cool thanks for the input guys, I'm gonna go ahead a make the purchase then. Ya youre right about the name Pio, I just like the name HKS. Eventhough I can't pernounce what it means in English LoL. HKS does offer great performance as well though. Atleast IMO
what the size of the hks?
if its close to 2.25 you will be making close to nothing on performance...
A little off topic...but just in case anyone was wondering/cared...HKS stands for Hasegawa, Kitagawa, and Sigma automotive. Named after the three guys who started said company. Now...as you were.....

I believe that it's a 2 1/2" Diameter pipe setup.

Oh and yes, Red, HKS sounds great (if you have the correct setup for your car) It's not so much that it's loud as in a high-pitch screem, but more like a low rumble, that has more bass to it. Atleast that's how my friends WRX sound. He had the Hi Power Carbon Ti set-up, straight pipe all the way through too, no cats lol.
