Did a nice little run in the dirt trails here in the Pine Barrens. Lots and lots of powersliding and looking at the trees going across the windshield as I go 30-40MPH.

Then I finally get to going to my friend's house, using the main roads around here. Stopped at a light and a lovely Jeep with the giant tyres and no doors stop beside me. The driver says, "that dirt on your car couldn't have come from accumulation, you must've came from off-roading huh?"

"Hahaha, you could tell huh?"

"[thumb] Good man!"

Felt great about that more than if I were to get a "kill." I have more fun in the dirt (and feel safer knowing I won't get pulled over in the trails) then I do on the road.

Where did you go in the Pine Barrens? I used to live in Tabernacle (near Medford/ Medford Lakes).

Definately about 15-20 minutes from where I live. I live on the junction of 70 and 72, a small little township called Pemberton.

Hell yeah! I'm all about some Dukes of Hazzard-action!

We need to get a Focus-spec rally series going! I'll rock the sedan in some dirt! I have a wrangler too, and I would definitely feel safer sliding the Focus in the dirt than the wrangler! lol
