Well today we put down 250whp and 250wtq at 12psi on 93 octane on my stock engined SVT. That was also with a safe tune, the only reason we stopped today was the stock clutch decided it couldn't handle any more power and started slipping. The tune is only finished to 6000 rpm (due to clutch failure) we know there is still more power to be had safely.

At 6Krpm the clutch just started slipping, enough that the wheel speed dropped, once the CM stage 4 , Quaife, and Fidanza is installed and a couple hundred miles of breakin are on it the tuning will resume. There will also be a sheetmatal intake, cam gears and the VCT eliminator added as well. We are really optimistic about how much more power can be made, safely.

Props go to Tom and his tuning abilities[thumb]

My kit has a Custom Tubular Manifold with the Garret GT28RS, everything else came from Tom. When Tom sends me the dyno I will post it...........

But, those are some numbers

OK, so how much have you dropped on your car? ($$$$)

And what do you think will be your 1/4 mile times with this setup on 93 as it is right now?

How much money, bunches and bunches....... you would get SICK if I told you how much[:0]

As for times, once I get used to everything ........ guessing mid to low 13's or maybe just a little lower than that. The hold up will be the 6 speed........ I'll bet it'll be HELL in the twisties[thumb]

Yeah, it will be sweet in the quarter, but it will loose alot of time to big wheelspin [:D] ... but ...who cares?? Sounds like a sweeet ride, especially pulling off the corners for the straights

Orange, what kind of exhuast manifold are you using?

Quaife? Hah. With the Quaife, the LW flywheel and the kind of output he is working with, unless he is running very wide, sticky, or heavy meats, I am sure there will be plenty of wheelspin in 3rd at the drop of the throttle.

I have a custom built tubular manifold thats been jet hot coated[thumb]
