Well I just got my svtf back today! If you didn't read the thread from 2months ago I got into a rather nasty accident (see my gallery) Even though I missed it the whole time and it was quite awhile I think this worked out pretty well. Its about 3 years old with a brand new suspension, full paint job etc coupla rims/tires. Not that I really needed any of that but now that I have it and the waiting portion is over I'm seeing the upside. Driving around today with brand new paint all waxed up with brand new rims and tires it felt like it was almost... new
I'll get some pictures when I can because the paint looks emaculate. I'm gonna miss that neon loaner though, No more driving around being a faceless nobody in a sea of similar cars... oh wait I wont miss that at all. Although I won't be able to park next to the cart corales at the grocery store anymore[:(!]
Good deal!
Dang glad your SVTF is back on the road.[thumb]
Sounds like you picked the right shop to fix it too.
Haven't noticed any odd quirks with the suspension or steering?
As I recall, it got smacked pretty good.[:(]

I know your pain, three weeks after i got the car used i rearend a truck with a huge trailer hitch and the car was in the show for about 2 months because after i picked it up i noticed a vibration. Brought it to the dealership and they said it was a motor mount so i brought the car back home because they said it would take a week to get. Brought it back a week later and as they were puting it in, they realized they ordered the wrong motor mount. On top of that i asked them to fix the camber on my right front because it was noted when i picked up the car. They call me the same day they tried to put in the wrong motor mount and told me i need a new front strut and hub. I was pissed as hell because they then told me it was going to be another week. I called them back and said look you guys have almost had this car two months and it should be done by now. Well with the wonders of airplanes i got my car back three days later! I was really happy!

Well its been a few days now and I think i did pick the right shop because I'm 100% satisfied. The only quirk I've got is that I didn't think there was any sound deadening material put back in so i've gotta call on that but all the important stuff, steering, alignment, etc. seems fantastic. I don't remember it feeling this good but its also been about 2 months. The only thing I've noticed is that I want a little more power, which isn't at all related to the repairs[thumb]
