alright I know its been asked, and I know the answers are spread all over the forum, but I was looking to get it all in one place.

Tom what do you run normally on 93oct and what do you have done to your car. I don't want to know what the kit safely makes. I'm just talking about your SVT. what PSI do you have it set at, what other mods. etc etc

I know that I'm not jsut going to buy your kit and get exactly what you get because I'm sure yours is tuned to perfection. I'm asking because from what I've read it seems that you personally have run the highest numbers, fastest times on 93 oct with your kit, and I was wondering why.

I dont run 93 when i want to go fast , I use 105 or 110 what ever i am closest to at the time

I have my turbo kit , 3 inch Exh , Quaife and CM4 clutch done to my SVT and thats it and have run in ght super low 13`s to upper 12`s many many times but it cannot be done on 93

If you want to use only 93 than a SC will be the best rought they dont make enough TQ to need anything above 93 so making good times at any track is also out this was proven in the new SCC mag that everyone sais cant be true ,

If you are willing to use some better fuel than my kit will blow anything else out there out of the water , Case in point Lilturbo (FF member) just ran a 13.3 with his turbo kit on an all stock SVT engine

alright, understood.

was your exhust custom made? or did you find a 3" somewhere?
Do you have numbers on 93 oct? have you ever had a customer want your kit so bad, but wanted better numbers on 93 oct. would there be a way to lower the tourque to achieve that?

sorry if these questions are stupid or asked before (still fairly new here)

A local muffler shop does all my 3 inch work

93 numbers are 200HP and 210TQ

I have done 300+ on 93 octane but with lower compression , I could push some 230HP numbers out but never tryed to because all my customers that want power safely are willing to use better gas

I have never realy tryed to see what i could safely get with 93 on the SVT , I just got my first .060 head gasket in and have a .080 in the works this will lower the SVT to about what the ZX3 is and lower in compression that in turn will allow for more boost on 93 or 91 and i will be offering it as part of the turbo kit

I can't wait to see some numbers with the lower compression.

really... I like the sound of that. what time frame are we looking at to have that added to the kit?

I just found out that there is a gas station less than 10 minutes from me that has 100 and 110 and 2 other less than 20 minutes that have 117

need to remember the higher octane 105 110 117 is leaded gas that's how you raise the octane. if you are running a cat. you will damage it.

Most with FI dont run them anyway , I have had a CAT last me 3 years with leaded gas on one of my SVO Mustangs , todays CATs should do that or better

Tom,

If someone wanted to use your turbo kit for both a daily driver (on 93) and also for race track use (100) could that be easily done?

Would an electronic adjustable boost controller and/or multiple tunes (via Predator flash or flip chip) make that possible?

I think that would be a killer combination.

That is exactly what this kit is good for , Just contact finalley or lilturbo from this forum and ask them what they think of just that idea they do it with there car

Also, VP makes a few unleaded blends if you are really worried about that cat....

Most turbo guys don't have a cat anyway...
