Anyone runnig with this supercharger? The price seems right, performance good, reputation of Jackson Racing is solid. Anybody have any Good, Bad, or Ugly feedback?[???:)]

im not running with supercharger but its good for your not expecting much from it... i'd rather put the money in toms turbo but if u wanna go the supercharger route its not too bad but u can do better with turbo

thats why you get a boost kit........

The JRSC is selling or was selling at a really cheap price. If you go to Clubfocus and look for Rudy he actually has a JRSC on his SVT and is very happy with it. He could answer all your questions.

I'm trying to convince the old man to go with something intercooled, but the JRSC puts down respectable numbers for a cheap price. An intercooler would allow more boost, more torque, and more hp.

The one thing I don't like about the JRSC systems is that they really lack on the torque side of things. I think the torque curve is a bit too low for my liking...

I like the PowerWorks kit (http://www.focussport.com/supercharger.htm) at Focus Sport. 220 hp/180 ft-lbs at the wheels, on a Zetec, for $4700. That's less than $50/hp gain! With a few additional mods, one could be pushing RS numbers. As long as I can get there, I will be fine.

Dad, I would also suggest checking the Forced Induction Forum on the website. Realize that a lot of people will be biased toward's Turbo Tom's kits, which do lay down massive hp and tq.

i have one on my car with the boost upgrade. it was the power that i was looking for. i am acutally quite happy with it.

now i was not expect great results but i got more then i thought i would. i had a sc on my 2000 si and was very diappointed with the results.

the polyurethance insert (for the engine mount) is by far the best 16 bucks you will ever spend.

wait for the powerworks svt kit. the compression is too high on the svt to take advantage of boost without intercooling. either wait for the powerworks, or get tom's turbo

Not a fan of supercharger's but if you are I would go with Vortech higher numbers, more money but better numbers by far. But, im turbo all the way.

Yes. That was at the wheels. It was my car that they worked on. It feels strong with the big boost kit on there. The tq curve is very flat... and it just pulls constantly all the way through the power band.

And to think those numbers are with the stock intake, stock filter, and stock throttle body that we put back on the car.

You High Son? I'll let you slide it's Cinco De Mayo....

To answer the question you were attempting to ask, yes PowerWorks is in the process of making an SC kit for the SVTF. Nobody knows when it will come out, or what the exact figures, both in price and power, will be for this kit.
