Remember the one off piping kit you did for the PWR liquid to air intercooler on the Focus from Chicago? It's me. Anyways, I just got my notification for emissions and all they do here is an OBD-II test. My CEL has not been on, though I was wondering what to do about the readiness code. Should my car pass or should I be worried?

Paul, I too worried about this and the state of Illinois uses the SAME EXACT regulations as we do and my car passes the OBD test no problem. The inspection computer doesn't recognize "incomple" as not ready. As long as your CEL isn't on you shouldn't have a problem.
