OK so CAI for svt's...as long as im careful and dont drive in puddles...when its raining out and its just getting like sprayed from my tire and what not...if i keep the rpm's under 2-2500 rpms...would that keep a little enough amount of force to suck up drops of water??

you won't have any problems driving in rain..............just don't go swimming in you focus.........do a search, this subject has be covered very well many times already........

avoid puddles and keep the filter clean you shouldnt have any problems
I'm not going to add much to this cause you can find EVERYTHING about this using the SEARCH button but what I will add......
I would NEVER put a 'true' CAI on my car without a bypass valve and more then likely a weathershield also.

water can only be taken into the engine if the entire filter is submerged under water.

^^ hmmm so like if i only had a few drops there wouldnt be enough force to suck it up...because honestly when would you filter ever be submerged - never unless you tried to use it as a boat or stopped at a light in a puddle hha
