k guys one question about transmission i know from reading these threads our clutch sucks serious ass and i just got nitrous and looking to upgrade my tranny b4 i spray so anyone ever do a tranny swap or any recomendations for it i found a clutch but i want a fly wheel too but cant find one so i wouldnt mind getting a zetec or svt tranny but i dont think they will bolt up to my block so just curious what everyone else on here has done to make their tranny hold up under some power

Go to www.levelten.com they have alot for automatic tranny upgrades and about the tranny swap I have a guy looking into that for me but I think it would be cheaper to just run a beefed up auto, Good luck.

Well I just did a major search on this site and the web I could not find any flywheels for your car only ztech trannys, sorry. I will be going to the dealership today I will ask them about the transmission.

yeah thanks waterboy for the link i know only thing ive found are spec clutches and flywheels are non existant i think so looks to be a custom job now and hows the auto hold up under power maybe ill look into that

So far no worries. 65k+ of thrashing and ragging and still ticking along.

Water Boy that link above to the clutch kit for the SPI, is that site products any good ? im trying to find a place to email them and ask some question. cause id love to grab a stage 3 clutch from them cause my clutch is gone now and i need one asap
