i went to a tuning shop called east coast customs. they told me i would need an inline fuel pump booster and colder spark plugs. thats all. zex kits are very safe. they control your fuel pressure so your n2o doesnt make piston soup.

sweet hope it works out for you.

I don't know about needing a fuel pump booster. I never used one. Colder plugs and 91+ octane gas are a must.
Congrats on the nitrous and be safe with it. No spraying while doing burnouts ;)

Im a n00b here, but not new to forced induction. Ive had turbo cars and worked on V8 N2O cars as well. My friend has an 02 ZTS and is interested in giving it a kick in the pants. Being that we live in a winter climate, I figure huffing gigglegas is the way to go.
I know that the obvious choice is a wet kit, WOT switch, RPM cutout, bottle warmer etc.
I have 2 questions. Where does the stock computer become a bottleneck? Over a 50hp shot?
Also, My friend Steve has an auto transaxle; where does THIS become a liability.
I havent gotten a chance to look at a Zex kit in person. Do they use filters in the injection lines? V8 racers I know usually have them to protect the injector. Also, does the kit reccomend using a sight-glass, replaceable fuel filter?
