does any one know if any of the zetec mods will fit a spi sohc focus like are the throttle body's interchangeable and ect

No. But, if you get a bdr tb. You can use any zetec style intake with it. The only intake that works with the stock tb. Is, the FS intake. It uses the stock tubing.

NO, but if your looking for a header go to focus-central they have both a shorty and race header for the spi.
