I read on Focus Sport web site that they were in corporate restructuring.

I heard a rumor that they were bought out by VIS.

Sorry about the time it took to reply! Wings West was bought by VIS Racing. VIS is currently bringing production back to the United States from Mexico. We have wings and kits in stock that we had purchased before this happened. We were told that Wings West would be out of production for at least 3 months.
