I am interested in buying photoshop but I have only found the newest versionfor about $650.
Thats to expensive for just playing around with. Is there any place to get it cheaper? or eaven free?

People say pirating (spelling) is bad but give these software makers a gun and the crap they are getting away with would be considered Grand Theft. Also try taking two adults and a child to the movies one to two times a week at $7.50 a ticket and $5 dollars for popcorn + candy + drink. Hell if I did that I wouldn't have a focus to drive, I'd have to get a real pos like a civic or a SRT-4 (lol).

Bit torrent takes FOR..................EVER though. I have a 1.5 mb cable connection and it took 8 hours to d/l a 25 min video. I try to avoid it.

Yousendit works much faster.

It's your conection not torrent. I can download a full movie in about 4 hours. I have cable also, there are some settings you need to adjust to get it going good. I have downloaded at speeds up to 300kb/s but it also depends on the the torrent you are down loading. If there are alot of people uploading/downloading it the speed can be huge. The default limit is 100seeds so if you are leaching off of 100 people there speeds are combined and can be pretty fast. Basicly what I'm saying is just because it is slow for you don't knock the program cause I have no problem with it at all.

yes, with bittorrent, change your command line to limit the upload rate. bittorrent is set up to upload and download at the max rate your connection can handle. the problem is, for a high download rate, you also need to upload data.

One more point that does not need to be made (but I will),Yousendit may work better if he is in the same state or city but the more hops a signal has to make the more it gets slowed down. So one bad hop and your screwed. The way bit torrent solves this is you down load from up to 100 diffrent people at a time so one bad conection does not hurt you.

Um, ya I never pay for things like that, cough. But use something like LimeWire or anything else to download it. www.limewire.com Then just get a serial number for it, and voila! Save some dough that way.
