Hi guys !
I was looking to ebay and saw a svt engine for sale... I have a ZX3 2000 with the standard zetec and manual transmission. What I will have to buy if I buy this engine ?? let me know

Hmmmm, just to name a few things....off the top of my head...
ECU, Engine harness, DSI module/ cable, axles (prob diff ZX3 - SVT) airbox (or aftermarket intake), etc.
Should be a cool swap!!
I'm still thinking 2.5 Contour SVT motor with twin turbos...that'd be so badass, I just cant bring myself to pull a great running motor...

Don't forget the complete exhaust system from header on back.
As for the swap...I could go on and on with reasons not to do this swap, but it's been covered so many times and caused so many arguments. So I'll just give you the link to the old thread and you can decide for yourself.

It would be cool if you could do it but the factors mentioned on the other post are true. On top of that it's gonna be expensive especially if the ECU isn't included.
