N/A I'd take anything that's basically completely upgraded... Anywhere from 160hp-180hp stock...
Must have turbo capable internals!

I have a bare zetec block (no crank, oil pan or windage tray). The Block was honed for the low compression pistons( less than 4500 miles on pistons). It has brand new svt focus piston rings, brand new wrist pins and brand new wrist pin locks and brand new eagle rods. The piston is already assembeled with rings on them.
