I think I am going to take my Focus in for this. It might explain why I am having slippage. I do have a vibration too, but I thought that was because of the soft factory RMM. Anyone have this one performed?

The NHTSA page also lists 11B31 as being for the 6AT transmission, so it's the DCT clutches.

Yup. Forgot to mention that. [facepalm] I have the DCT. About to turn 20,000 miles on it and the clutches seem to be slipping worse and worse now.

This TSB states it affects:

Certain 2012 model year Fiesta vehicles with a DPS6 automatic transmission built at the Cuautitlan Stamping and Assembly Plant from October 18, 2011 through October 27, 2011.
Certain 2012 model year Focus vehicles with a DPS6 automatic transmission built at the Michigan Assembly Plant from October 24, 2011 through October 26, 2011.

The customer satisfaction program means you would have gotten something in the mail about it. That isn't to say you don't have an unbalanced clutch, but you're going to have a hell of a time getting the dealer to do anything based on that specific TSB...
