I have a 2000 Kona Edition Ford Focus with the roof rack and Kona Mountain bike. The car is in great shape at 143,000 miles and still looks great with the Original "Dirt" paint color and Kona rubber trim. I also have the Kona seat covers and floor mats. I am trying to see what interest there is before installing the rack and having it pose for pictures.
Does anyone have an idea what the value of the complete Kona package is?
Thanks,
Andrew

^agree.
Only something special to fellow Kona owners, if even.

It sounds like I would be better off to sell the bike, rack, mats, and covers separately and then just sell the car on its own.

Kelley Blue Book says the Kona package is worth about $65 more than a comparably-equipped regular ZX3. Of course, that wouldn't include the bike.
I suppose you could give it a try. There might be somebody out there somewhere that's got the hots for a Kona. You just have to find him.

These were a limited edition, while not more valuable, is more rare than the SVT. Try to keep it all together.

Since you are selling it, you would make more money if you sold the bike and rack separate. Yes, lots of people would want you to keep the car as-is, but are they going to buy it from you, prolly not. I would buy the rack if you part it.

Personally I love the dirt brown color. I might pay a tiny bit extra but not much at all.

After driving on very dry gravel roads for a month, I would greatly prefer the Kona color as a basecoat for the accumulating filth. Even the side trim's bike tread pattern makes the best of an unavoidable layer of crud.
I like the color just as much as any other on a ZX3 when kept properly clean as well, just not enough more to really seek it out over others.

I actually live on a gravel road and other than "dirt" paint color, I've never noticed the car to look dirty. I wish more vehicles were available with this color.
