Ok so I have some backyard/driveway shenanigans going on..
Think I could somehow fabricate some way to use the brakes (calipers + rotors) on my Mustang?
With no power brakes though..
Is it as simple as I think it is? I'm thinking just fabbing up a bracket to hold the caliper.
But right now as I was typing this I just realized I would need a disc hub since I have 4 wheel drums. Dammit.

oh they do! (seriously. lol) It'll go away soon enough. Halfway done now. Gonna remove tidbits on the bottom (driveshaft, exhaust, gas tank) then saw away. Fuel just got drained

7 series brakes on a classice mustang. Baller.
No clue on the mechanicals but would be sweet if you could get it to work.

I might be able to use the spindles/hubs from a disc conversion kit for the mustang and just fab a bracket up for the calipers. But these brakes are stupid big.
My front rotors are like the size of my rims on the fofo. The rear ones are a bit bigger than the front rotors on the fofo

if you do want disc brakes this is a good place to check.I waas checking into them for my 65.

that is a pile of car parts..
Given the design difference of the suspension systems of those 2 cars, I think you would have a easier time getting the bmw motor to work in the stang before the breaks..

I'll have the parts lying around in the shed. Figure it out then.
I want this BMW out of the way by the time my new car comes. It's blocking my canopy and it's acorn season again
