I'm posting this here because I need some advice. I need 2 new tires and an alignment. What is a good place to buy tires (brick and mortar or online is fine), and where is a good place to have them put on and have an alignment done? I can't do this myself, and I would prefer to not get screwed or have shitty work done.
Also, the car has 14k miles on it and has the 3yr/36k warranty, does that factor in at all?

I would probably go with buying tires online. Most of the time you can get a better deal. Call around and find out how much places charge for an alignment and to mount and balance a tire. Usually its about 10-20 bucks a tire to mount and balance. An alignment is usually 40 bucks or so. Just go with the best deal. Another thing, if you have firestone tires on your car then you can't get them at the dealership. I had that problem. I bought my car brand new with firestones from the factory and couldn't get the tires from them.

Tirerack.com is a good place online. A trick I used was to show the price to a local dealer and he matched that price.

I ment to say tire dealer, not car dealer.
Check out any dealers at your local Better Business Bureau.
