Anyone purchase their winter rims yet? I was thinking about picking up a pair off kijiji/craigslist.
I should be looking for 5x108 bolt pattern is that right?

5x108 is the correct stud pattern for the 2013. For snow tires, narrower is better so avoid 17 and 18" rims if possible.

Would a 15" steel rim fit over the brakes? I'd like to go as small of wheel for winter as possible.

yes. 15" are standard on the focus S sedan.
here are some alloy options off of other cars that fit

15" Steels will even fit the 2013 titanium model if you were worried about brake clearence. Focus Steel Wheels (http://www.tirerack.com/snow/WinterWheels.jsp?skipTires=true&affiliate=AD4) they are 15X6 so you can slap a 195/65R15 on there and cut through any deep snow with no problems. Come with new lugs for the wheels too by the way.

I picked up a set of sport edition D6 16 inch wheels from the Tire Rack a couple of weeks ago. They were on sale for 69 each. They are similar to the factory wheels and were 48 offset, the closest I could find to the OE 50 offset.
A set of steel rims and proper hubcaps would come close to that or even be more. They look high quality but only time will tell.
