Am I the only one who's second gen focus's brakes are squeaky? Judging by my rotors I've had multiple rocks caught in my calipers. I recently painted my calipers last week and cleaned the brakes real good and within a week they're already squeaking again after I drove through a gravel road. Do I just have bad luck or is it design?

Most squeaks from a disc brake come from the pad shims, the lack thereof, insufficient lube between the pad and the caliper piston or the pad not properly clipped into the caliper. Also check that the caliper pins are adequately lubricated.
