If you have a sway bar now, it will just replace the one you have. If it has no sway now you will need a sway bar kit to complete the install.

The existing end-links would work, the existing bar bushings would be too small.

You should just go to poly bushings while you're at it........ (end-links and bar bushings)

In addition to the above info, it also depends on the year of the car as well. Some early foci did not have bars but came with mounting holes on the rear cross member. On newer foci that didn't come with a rear bar, the cross member mounting holes are absent and a aftermarket mounting kit has to be purchased.
