I have a question for Tom or anyone that can answer my questions! Thanks!
1. Where is Tom's Shop Located? (For some reason I think I read Texas)
2. If in Texas, are you able to do a tune the same day?
3. How much would a ECU Tune specifically for fuel efficiency cost?
4. How Can I get ahold of Tom.
Thanks

1. South Carolina
2. Generally no, because a solid tune takes some datalogging
3. You have to buy a tuner, i forget the price, but its over $300
4. You can PM 1turbofocus, or email hpdyno@aol.com

I am located just out side Charlotte in Belmont NC
In most cases on a NA tune yes I can tune the same day
I charge 399.00 and 20.00 for shipping , you get the SCT xcal3 , full custom tune and FREE tune updates as you add more NA mods , I can also take over your laptop and set up the datalogger , show you how to use it

Tom,
I have stock (drive train wise) 2002 SVTF and am going to purchase a tune from you bc I hear nothing but great things from all the FF and FJ members. I just really want to get rid of the 2K-3K RPM range hesitation or whatever you want to call it.
Before I purchase your tune, I want to have my exhaust completely finished. I already have my Magnaflow CBE system and will be purchasing a CFM HFC or ORP and CFM Flex pipe in the next few weeks. I remember reading a thread recently that said with the SVTF we can no longer use the SCT-xcal3 and have to spend about a hundred more dollars with the Livewire? Few questions below for you...
Q. Would you recommend going with the HFC or the ORP (I'm in IN and we don't have emissions) so that's not a concern.
Q. Could you clarify on the SCT xcal3 VS the Livewire, and what would be the price (out the door) for everything you offer in your tune?
Thank you in advance, I'd greatly appreciate your advice on my questions above and I'm looking forward to doing business with you very soon.

SCT sais that in about 2 weeks +/- they will have the issues with the SCT XCAL3 / SVT resolved , the LiveWire was discontinued and is no longer for sale
I would do the ORP and the xcal3 with a full custom tune and FREE tune updates as you add more NA mods will cost 399.00 and 20.00 for shipping

Thanks Tom, really appreciate your advise! I'm going to go ahead & purchase the CFM ORP (which is not in stock & website states an ETA of 8/10/12) and Flex pipe. Once I receive the parts will have them installed along with the Magnaflow CB I already have, then give you a call and purchase your tune.
