how many gallons was that tank? I've gotten 395 mile on a tank and put 11 gallons in.

Yeah, our cars tend to have 3-4 gallons left when the light comes on.

Hey, I was un able to measure the amount in the tank because I had to fill up before we left town and the car wasn't on Empty or near Empty, so I couldn't accurately tell you how many gallons I put in.

I'm hoping after I make the next 3 mods that I can squeeze 400 out of the tank.

You can definitely pull it off.

Shouldn't be a problem. I get 400 per tank on my svt. No big mods either. K&n drop in and a not so lead foot.

Moved your thread to the General Car chat area since your not really having any problems just letting us know what your gas mileage is like. [thumb]

What kind of driving are you doing?

Things to consider are, new fuel filter if it hasn't been replaced recently, new air filter same as prior. Driving habits are the biggest killer of fuel economy.

i drive regularly and even try to watch my rpms when i drive. Gas is expensive and money is tight so i dont speed up to stop lights or over rev...mind you it has 230k and it overheated recently and power has cut down about 25% since....

drive 40mph and dont stop for anything (anyone remember this 48mpg mustang? (http://www.greencarreports.com/news/1046516_2011-ford-mustang-v-6-does-776-miles--on-one-tank))

Joking aside, the biggest enemies to mpg is weight and how you drive. google "hypermiling" (like this (http://www.hypermilingforum.com/forum/showthread.php?p=3#post3)) and try some of their techniques out.
