How much work is this?

I'm kind of burnt since installing my M-3000-ZX3 Suspension kit, I'm really not looking forward to tearing apart the front end again.

If the shop next door to my workplace says they'd do it with my parts as above for about $220, would that be worth it?

I bought the parts online with a promo code, got it all for just under $230 with local store pickup, in stock.

I'm going to have the shop do it today.
