As the title says ... I tried to do some basic searching but couldn't really get a feel for if I need to have the wheels off to be able to easily get to the bleeder ports? I plan to do a pressure bleed so I don't know if that has any effect on access. Thanks.

The easiest way is to put the car on jackstands, take all four tires off, and start at the bleeder farthest from the master cylinder. Taking the tires off allows complete access to the bleeder and plenty of elbow room.

Put 2 of the front lugs back on on each side though to keep the rotors from moving around.
