Did you reweight the wheels. Sometimes you have to do that

Wat does that mean and how do you do that?

Lugs are all tight but how do u re balance them

You shouldn't have to rebalance them. If they were out of balance, you would've noticed right away.
What kind of noise is it and when does it happen?
Please provide as much detail as you can if you want help.

If it is a noise while going over bumps it is your sway bar links

Alright Well every time I'm coasting in neutral u can hear a knocking sound around my front right tire. But it like metal on metal hitting or something rubbing but it's really loud and I'm worried bc I only have 12,000 on a 2011 and I'm pretty sure that not normal haha but every time I take left turns its loud too

That is definitely sway bar links then.
There is a TSB on that and your dealer should fix it free of charge since you're still under warranty.

the links could have been worn and when you jacked up the car it was too much for it to handle. A worn link should sound lime someone with a hammer smacking the strut but only when you go over a bump with one tire. Hitting a speed bump with both tires at the same time should not make a noise bc both are traveling together and not being loaded.
As long as all you did was paint the wheel and did not touch anything else (brake caliper or axle nut) Idk want could be causing a noise on sushi a low mileage car.
I did have on another car my brake caliper fall off and rub against the wheel which was hard yo diagnose until I removed the wheel and it fell out....
I doubt you have a wheel bearing issue but for shits and giggles you could jack up that corner and grab the tire and pull on it. There shouldn't be any play in it. Usually if there was it would throw a code do to the wheel sensor not reading (if you have abs)
