My 200 Focus ATX engages hard from park to reverse or sometimes delays when shifting from park to reverse. Checked trans fluid, bright red, no smell. Any ideas?

There was a TSB from Ford on this problem, i will look it up and post it here.

A bad roll restrictor can make at least the hard hit happen.

problem solved, it was the transmission range sensor, thanks for the ideas
