Will a 2002 svt 6speed bolt in to my 2009 that is a 5speed.!

nope. 2002 svt is a zetec engine and yours is a duratec. they have different bolt patterns.

No the svt 6 speed has an oopen diff stock. The mtx 75 diff is what you want but not a stock one. You're going to need to purchase a quaife or a torsen or find a tranny someone built that already has it.
