I'm from Idaho Falls, and there is a couple other members in IF. I've talked to a few in Twin Falls and Boise as well. What's up?

I've got some free weekends in June as well. We should start putting together a meet at a fixed date, for sure.

Also this weekend (May 26-27) there is an autoX in Pocatello. Holt Arena (ISU dome) parking lot, starts early both days. 8am or so. Come pay a few bucks and race with us, or just come down and ride/watch for free.

i'll be up for Saturday, but then i'm coming back down to our two day event- Sunday and Monday.

shoot.. it looks like it's going to rain, i'm not sure if i'll make the trek if it's going to rain.

Yeah we have had crappy weather this week. Though its mostly wind and low temps that are fouling it up, haven't got much rain other than a sprinkle or two. But I personally hope it does rain. I'm still running in ST and some of the guys in ST use competition tires even though you're not really supposed to. I have Kumho Ecsta AST on at the moment, and I think they would make an excellent wet tire. A nice rainstorm would level that ST playing field I think. [woot] My shop has been slow these last couple of weeks and I'm still balancing the budget to see if I can afford to go tomorrow. I think I will, though, hope to see some of you there! You can do it, Mark! Don't be scared of the rain...they say if you don't like the weather in Idaho, to just wait 15 minutes, it will change [8D]

ha. the tires i run on my miata are actually the best you can get in the rain, so it would help me out a ton.. but when i have my helmet on and the top up, i can barely move my head! it's uncomfortable. two of the people i was going to go with have dropped out and aren't going anymore.. we'll see how i feel after work tonight.

Howdy All- I'm a little late checking in, but I'm in IF too. And it is raining today. Just a typical weather day for Memorial Day Weekend in Eastern Idaho. Good to know there are other Focusheads around though. I'll be sure to check in more often.

I got sick Friday night/ Saturday morning so I didn't go to the race. But yeah, we were wrong about that rain, would have been a wet day. Oh well we have another one day event in Pokey coming up on June 16. I'll have to hold out until then.

Any going to the Tautphaus Park car show in Idaho Falls? It's usually a pretty big, free show and swap meet. June 16-17 near the hockey shelter. Also auto X in Pocatello that weekend on Sat. 16th, Highland HS parking lot. Any more on the Idaho/Utah meet in June?
