[confused] Im sure all of you have seen those cheap $3-10 power mod chips for basically anytime kind of car...but how much do these actually do? Most of the time im pretty confident its a bunch of BS but have any of you actually tried one of these? Heres an example of one on e-bay now thats supposedly proven to increase torque and power on the SVTF by tricking the ECU into thinking the air is a different temperature....sounds logical but to too good to be true....

In my previous car i had one of the Jet mod chips and noticed significant increases in performance [thumb] but then again i also paid 200 bux for it....does anyone have one of the more expensive performance chips in their SVTF?

It was suppose to be out in the middle of summer then it kept getting pushed back. The on the street now is that it is being shipped to Focus Sport very, very soon. But who the hell knows with all the times the date has been pushed.

Do u think its gonna be worth the wait? Or just go ahead and get the predator?

Couldnt tell you. I would say talk to Tom. From what i have seen of both products i would say off hand that the predator is better, or at least the gains are.
