So, I remember reading that relays 18 and 19 (off the top of my head) will help with the wipers creeping up the windshield at highway speeds. But will they also help with where the windshield wipers position when you turn them off? I HATE trying to "aim" when to turn them off...

I'm not sure about the numbers but they sound right, but yes, swapping the relay should fix the parking issue.
