The other day I turn off my car and as I walk around the passenger side i hear some kind of air leak by the tire. I thought it was my tire but it wasn't. I'm wondering if anyone may know whats going on so when i take it to get checked, they dont try to dick me around. thanks.

Could be the compressor for your a/c did you have it on?

Sometimes I hear this... it's quite possible that this noise is coming from the radiator fluid tank. Just unscrew the cap a bit and let some of the pressure escape, then retighten it. If it isn't that, then I dunno what the problem could be. . .:/

Could be the AC equalizing?

For the longest time i had this wierd fizzing noise coming front the front of my stang. At first i thought a spring was loose somewhere and then i thought it was air escaping from a front tire. But when i poped the hood i saw that condensation from the a/c tubes was dripping onto a header and thats what the fizzing noise was.

My car will make that noise too, especially on hot days. I think it is the coolant tank releasing pressure. I don't know if that is good or not, but my car runs fine and doesn't overheat.
