Does anyone know if heated seats and traction control were in option on the 03 5 door SVTs? I thought they were standard equipment but I found one with out the buttons for heated seats or traction control.

That was called the Winter package and was an Option on the SVT's.
It was part of the European Appearance Package so you could say it was standard on the EAP cars.

Is ABS part of the winter package or just traction control?

abs was standard, the traction control was added in the winter package.
